What do you do when employee morale is low? As a company, you own it. And, in the case of Holland, you go to the employees and ask for their help in fixing it. Through intense, candid interviews with leadership and employees, issues were identified and solutions were discussed. The resulting campaign acted as a mantra to Holland – a constant reminder of who they are.

A series of large posters touted how Holland employees approach their jobs every single day. These mantras, inspired from the interviews, went a long way to helping connect leadership and employees.



Ads displayed on Marlin Digital Signage Systems throughout all of Holland’s terminals served to reinforce the commitment employees were making to each other, and themselves.




Posters were hung in the terminals in high-traffic areas.
