
The Ask
A&O was well known throughout the auction community as the premier auction gallery in Atlanta. Yet outside that community, most people had little to no awareness. Along with building up awareness, A&O also wanted to increase their average lot value. That’s when they called us for a brand refresh.
The Answer
We began by conducting research – lots and lots of research on things like their competitors, target audiences and media consumption habits. Those findings, combined with the results of our Synergy Mapping Session, gave us the knowledge we needed to update and modernize the look and feel of the brand. From there, we created a multi-channel campaign with specific ads targeted toward sellers, buyers and general brand awareness, all driving traffic to their completely rebuilt and modernized website.
